Air-source heat pump with cooling fuction in upstairs. Barbecue hut, lakeside sauna also available by agreeing with the owner. Carport. You can charge an electric car from the 5-pin power plug (10kW) by agreeing an additional fee in advance with the owner. Pets allowed at extra fee, which is charged per pet (max 2 pets).
