The townhouse offers 2-3 bathrooms, 2-3 separate bedrooms (depending on occupancy) and free WiFi throughout the house. Each house has a grill including charcoal. The terraced house offers friends and families an inexpensive alternative to accommodation in the hot spots of Sölden and Obergurgl. The ski equipment for 6 people has enough space in its own ski storage room. Highlights: 1 visit to the sauna per week included Activities nearby: The possibilities for hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, running and climbing are almost unlimited in the Ötztal. Huben is particularly suitable for many sports thanks to the wide, level pool. Children will be enthusiastic about the “Water and Stones” adventure park, the “Ötztaler Funpark” and the many riding stables in the area. Längenfeld also offers a mini golf course and a beautiful swimming pool. The rafting and canyoning tours with a local outdoor provider as well as several via ferratas, optionally with local mountain guides, ensure a lot of action.

We were very satisfied with the holiday apartment, the landlords were polite and courteous and small defects were rectified immediately, we enjoyed the holiday here and our two-legged friends felt comfortable here, of course there are always smaller defects and everyone has a different idea of comfort , For us it was crucial that the apartment is clean and comfortable and both were true, maybe everyone should contribute a bit to ensure that the inventory is handled sensibly and leaves it as you would like to find it, and another piece of good advice for the eternal whiners
Wat een lovely plek! De inrichting was charmant en de sfeer was zeer uitnodigend, We waardeerden de doordachte voorzieningen, vooral de BBQ-grill, Het voelde als een thuis weg van huis, We komen zeker terug!
Het herenhuis was perfect voor onze groepsuitje, We hadden genoeg badkamers voor iedereen en hielden van de open keuken en woonkamer, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk behulpzaam en responsief, Alles was precies zoals beschreven, en we voelden ons meteen thuis!
Mooie en rustige omgeving, geweldig voor buitenactiviteiten, Ik hield van hoe ruim het herenhuis was, perfect voor onze groep van 6, De locatie is goed voor het verkennen van de Ötztal-regio, en de minigolf in de buurt was een hit bij de kinderen, Al met al een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding
This place is a gem! The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, The house was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, The nearby adventure park kept our kids entertained for hours, We would definitely return!
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique aux Terraced Houses Oliver ! L'espace était parfait pour notre groupe de six, avec suffisamment de place et des chambres bien meublées, La cuisine avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour préparer des repas, et le barbecue était un joli détail pour nos dîners en extérieur, Je recommande vivement pour les familles !
