The tidal flats area right in front of the embankment belongs to the Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer national park. Embankments and sluices characterise the face of the marshland. The sea water source pool in Dangast is popular in any season. In Tossens there is the “ffn Friesenstrand” and in Burhave the North Sea lagoon, which is not dependent on the tide like the other beaches. The Jaderberg nature reserve also belongs to the area. The 18.5-hectare nature reserve serves to protect a colony of grey heron that have been settling in the treetops for at least 50 years. The 2000m² site where children can play and dogs can run around, as well as a lawn with garden furniture, can also be used. There are car and motorbike parking spaces by the house. We offer our guests a free bicycle for hire per person for a day per booking. On arrival you will find the voucher on the living room table. The former farmhouse is situated right behind the embankment, separated from it only by the road. It was converted into holiday apartments in 1989. Our cosy apartment is on the ground floor. It measures 50m² and is suitable for 4-6 people. The kitchen unit includes a coffee machine, dining and tea service, various new small appliances. The living room has a table, cupboard and a modern TV. You need to bring your own bed linen and towels. There are no tourist taxes.
