The house is in a quiet location on a hillside at the edge of the centre of a city in northern Tenerife, only a few kilometres from the ocean. A gas heater is available for the cooler months. The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure a self-catering holiday. It offers a four burner gas stove with an oven, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a coffee and espresso maker, a microwave and a toaster. In the middle of the room is a dining table with four chairs in front of an open fireplace. The house also has wireless internet access. Despite its quiet location, shops and restaurants can be found only 300 meters from the property. It is about one kilometre to the town centre with its restaurants, cafes and nightlife. It is 3 km to the ocean and 7 km to the sandy beach.
