THE APARTMENT

A welcoming living area features an open-plan kitchen and lounge space.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and a dishwasher.

The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, opens onto a small terrace with outdoor furniture.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite shower room.
For added convenience, the apartment also has a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway.

SURVIVAL AREA

On your street, you'll find a bakery and pastry shop, as well as the (famous) Hive Bar, a relaxed board game bar. serving excellent cuisine, which we invite you to discover in the summer.

You will also be less than a 10-minute walk from Rue d'Antibes, the city's main shopping street, and a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is free on your street and the surrounding streets.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.).
Everyday essentials are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
A concierge service is available throughout your stay.

Check-out is until Check-in is from 11:00 AM and arrivals are from 4:00 PM onwards (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and the keys will be available there. Collection at this address for all key box arrivals.
