THE APARTMENT
The large room The living space is divided into three areas:
- The lounge area with a sofa bed
- The dining table seats four
- The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including a dishwasher)
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160cm), very comfortable bedding, and ample storage. The adjoining shower room is open and located to the side of the bedroom.
A separate toilet completes the space.

After a short walk along Volta Street, you can:
- Head to the supermarket in less than a minute on foot to stock up on groceries as soon as you arrive.
- Enjoy the "village" atmosphere of the Montfleury neighborhood while shopping in our charming shops (bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, florist, and supermarket, all within a 5-minute walk) - Explore the city center by walking to Rue d'Antibes (5 min)

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is available for a fee in the surrounding streets.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.)
Everyday essentials are also available. Upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via key box. All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected at this address for all arrivals using the key box.
