THE APARTMENT

This apartment offers a beautiful living room Living space with the following areas:
- A comfortable living room with a smart TV
- A dining area for 4 people
This very bright room also has direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped (including a dishwasher).
Both bedrooms have a large double bed that can be divided into two single beds of 80cm each.
A bathroom and a shower room with a toilet complete the living space.

SURVIVAL

Ideally located In the heart of Cannes, you'll only need a few minutes to:
- Go to the beaches (1 minute)
- Go shopping on Rue d'Antibes (2 minutes)
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (7 minutes)
- Access the train station (8 minutes)
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Paid street parking is available in the surrounding area.

Private paid parking is available at Cannes train station. Weekly subscriptions are available for your vehicle (please contact us).

Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc.).
Daily essentials are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
