THE APARTMENT

Regarding the layout, here's what you'll find in the apartment:

- Decor carefully chosen by the owners for a "home away from home" feel, not a "touristy" one. The hotel.

- A large living room with a large bay window opening onto the terrace, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a bookcase.

- A fully equipped, separate kitchen.

- The famous terrace overlooking the wooded park and the sea, with a dining table for six on one side and garden furniture on the other.

- A first en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom with a clawfoot tub and toilet.

- A second bedroom with a large wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom.
- Separate toilets in the entrance.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property in 8 minutes by bus or car, 30 minutes on foot.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.

All key boxes are located in front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
