Inside you will find:

- A first bedroom with a double bed, wall-mounted TV, and dressing room.
- A second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a dressing room.
- A shower room with toilet.
- And for added comfort, a second separate toilet.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is a 30-minute walk from Cannes train station, 10 minutes by bus, or by private driver, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service.

Having a car? Parking is free throughout the neighborhood.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

INTERACTION

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in is at Check-in from 4 PM (we may be able to accommodate later check-outs or earlier arrivals depending on our availability; please don't hesitate to contact us).

A supplement of €35 applies for arrivals after 8 PM. Arrivals after midnight are made directly to a key box, which can be collected directly from our premises at 85 Avenue Maréchal Juin in Cannes.

Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surrounding area offers a "village" atmosphere just the way you like it…
Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find all the shops you need: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, and hair salon.

Want to go to the center of Cannes? Head to the famous Croisette and the Palais des Congrès in a 20-minute walk between the sea and the luxury boutiques, or take public transport thanks to the bus stops just steps from your accommodation.

The Palais des Festivals is also a 20-minute walk away.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the drop box. Keys.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected at this address for all arrivals using the key box.
