THE APARTMENT

Inside the apartment you will find:

- A beautiful living room Enjoy a relaxing living area with a sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV, and coffee table, providing direct access to the terrace, which also features armchairs and a dining area for six.

- A large, fully equipped, separate kitchen. Access to the terrace is also from here.
- The renowned terrace boasts a stunning sea view and garden furniture.
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to a veranda.

- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds and a double bed. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV, storage space, and access to the veranda.

- A shower room
- A separate toilet

The property is a 15-minute bus ride from Cannes train station, an 8-minute drive, and a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

- Stroll along the Croisette, admiring the luxury hotels and fine sandy beaches.

And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Visit the legendary Palais des Festivals.
- Take the train to discover other gems of the region such as Antibes, Nice, and Monaco.
- Go shopping on Rue d'Antibes.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
