THE ACCOMMODATION
- The living area is divided into a lounge area with a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa, a dining area for 4 people, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher included).
- The room opens onto a lovely west-facing terrace. It features an outdoor living area, ideal for enjoying drinks with family or friends while watching the sunset.
- The first bedroom offers very comfortable bedding with a king-size bed (180cm), a large wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
- The second room has two single beds and some storage space.
- A shower room and separate toilet complete the space.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is available for a fee in the surrounding streets.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.)
Everyday essentials are also available. Upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via key box. All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected at this address for all arrivals using the key box.
