THE APARTMENT
The living area is divided into two spaces:
- A comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV
- A lovely open-plan kitchen with an island and dining area for 6 people (dishwasher included)
The first bedroom has two single beds, a desk area, and storage space. Furthermore, it offers direct access to the balcony and has a private shower room (with integrated toilet).
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and storage space. It also offers access to the balcony.
A shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet completes the space.

After a short walk down your street, Rue Molière, you can choose to:
- Stroll along the Croisette (5 min)
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (10 min)
- Go shopping on Rue d'Antibes (1 min)
- Explore the city center on foot
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Parking is available for a fee in the surrounding streets.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mat, dish towels, etc.)
Everyday essentials are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
