THE ACCOMMODATION

Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious living area bathed in natural light. This space opens onto a terrace offering breathtaking sea views.
The living room features a large sofa, a smart TV, and a dining area with a table seating six.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (except for a microwave) allows you to prepare meals without losing sight of the sea.

Side At night, the apartment comprises:

- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe/dressing room, and a wall-mounted TV, opening onto the kitchen
- A second, smaller bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds
- A modern shower room with WC
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via key box.

All key boxes The keys are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and must therefore be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
