THE APARTMENT
The living space includes three areas:
- A comfortable living room with Smart TV

- A dining area for 6 people

This room opens onto the lovely terrace, furnished with a high table for 4, a relaxation area (garden furniture), and a large armchair. A view of the pool, the sea, and the Lérins Islands also awaits you there.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher).

The first bedroom, adjoining the living room and separated by a sliding door, offers a king-size bed (180cm) and a small chest of drawers.

The second, larger bedroom also features a king-size bed (180cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a large wardrobe.
Another dressing room is available in the hallway.
A second shower room and a separate toilet complete the space.
NEARBY
From the residence, you can choose to:
- Reach the beaches of the south and try to find a spot for your parasol (5 min)
- Reach the beaches of La Croisette and try to find a sun lounger (8/9 minutes)

- Stroll through the streets of Le Suquet, order a red mullet fillet à la Beija Fior, and stock up on postcards and very, very expensive little souvenirs. (5 min)

- Be creative and explore the city center on foot

- You can also easily access Cannes La Bocca (5 min), and Its beaches, shops, and supermarkets

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.

All key boxes are located in front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
