THE APARTMENT

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an upscale residence with an elevator and swimming pool. This east-west facing apartment offers an unobstructed sea view from the moment you enter.

Upon arrival, the entrance hall leads directly to the living room: a dining area for 6 people, a sofa area, and a smart TV, all bathed in natural light, with access to The terrace overlooks the residence's swimming pool and opens onto the Mediterranean Sea.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen is located on the west side and has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.

The separate sleeping area includes:

- A first bedroom on the west side, with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. It provides access to A small terrace overlooking the greenery and offering a glimpse of the sea.

- A second bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) opens onto the large terrace and also boasts a sea view and an en-suite shower room.
- A separate WC completes the sleeping area.

Each room is furnished with quality furniture and materials, and features understated décor that enhances the view and the sense of space.

The apartment is located on a hill: a car is recommended.
Access from the residence entrance to the apartment is a 5-7 minute uphill walk.

SURVIVAL AREA

The apartment is located in the hills above Cannes, in the Font de Veyre district. A quiet, residential area, set back from the hustle and bustle of the city center while remaining very accessible.

- Plage du Midi: 7 minutes by car. A long sandy beach lined with waterfront restaurants, ideal for leisurely swims and sunsets.

- Vieux-Port de Cannes: 10 minutes by car. From here, you have direct access to the Croisette, the piers for the islands, and major events.

- Marché Forville: 8 minutes by car. A must-see for discovering fresh produce, local specialties, cheeses, fruits, and flowers.

- Le Suquet: 7 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk downhill. The old quarter of Cannes, with its cobbled streets, restaurants, and breathtaking views of the bay.

- Rue d'Antibes: 12 minutes by car. Shops, businesses, and cafes line the street.

Late check-in until 10 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected there. This address is for all arrivals via key box.
