- A large, light-filled living room (southeast facing), with large bay windows opening onto a terrace, comprising:
- A lounge area (2 sofas, flat-screen TV, coffee table).
- A dining area for 6 people with a sea view.
- An open-plan kitchen separated by a breakfast bar, equipped with everything you need.
- The famous terrace with a dining table for 6 people and a sofa for relaxing with a book in the morning sun. A view of the pool, the sea, and the Lérins Islands also awaits you there.
Three en suite bedrooms arranged as follows:
- A first bedroom with no windows, jungle theme, two single beds, and a walk-in shower.
- A second bedroom, chic and elegant, with a queen-size bed, large wardrobe, small private terrace, and a stunning marble shower room.

A concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in is from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until Check-in is at 10 PM in winter and 11 PM in summer.
After these times, arrivals are only permitted via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all arrivals using the key box.
