THE APARTMENT

In this 4-room apartment designed to offer you the perfect stay, you will find:

A large living room A living area overlooking the sea, with a lounge/TV area, a dining area for 6 people, and an open-plan kitchen with a central island, induction hob, and all necessary appliances.

The famous seafront terrace offers panoramic views of the islands and the coastline, from Cannes to Mandelieu.

A first en suite bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, wardrobe/dressing room, and private shower room with WC.

A second bedroom with two single beds, smart TV, and wardrobe.
A third bedroom with a sofa bed, desk, and wardrobe/dressing room.

A shared bathroom for these last two bedrooms with a corner bathtub, ready for you to unwind, and a WC.

Access to the property is a 19-minute walk, 16-minute bus ride, or 10-minute drive from Cannes train station.

It's a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

Paid parking is available on the street where the apartment is located, with a shared parking area within the residence.

Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.).

Everyday essentials will be provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).

Concierge service is at your disposal throughout your entire stay.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via key box.

All key boxes The keys are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and must therefore be collected at this address for all arrivals via the key box.
