Although pets are not allowed, this non-smoking apartment is ideal for families or small groups. Duvet covers, sheets, and pillowcases are provided, and a garage space is available for guests.
The residence is ideally located in the upper village, just 250 meters from the Bossonnet chairlift, ski teleski, and Telemix, providing easy access to skiing and other outdoor activities. A shuttle bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the residence in winter and just 240 meters away in summer, making transportation to nearby attractions hassle-free. The property is also a short distance from local shops, ensuring that all necessities are within reach. For those traveling by train, the Annecy SNCF train station is 3 km away, and the La Clusaz bus station is just 1.05 km from the apartment, making it easy to reach the area by public transport.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, featuring essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, mini-oven, glass ceramic stove, and dishwasher.
