THE APARTMENT
A large living room welcomes you with its lounge area, large smart TV, and direct access to… A small furnished terrace with an outdoor table and chairs.
The modern and very well-equipped kitchen (Delonghi coffee maker, oven, numerous utensils, and a complete set of cookware) is semi-open to the living room (ideal for entertaining).
Both bedrooms (each with a TV, air conditioning, a 160cm bed, and a large wardrobe) open directly onto the living room.
Please note, however, that one of the bedrooms does not have a window, but a glass partition that allows it to benefit from the light in the other bedroom.
The bathroom is spacious, entirely in marble, and equipped with a large shower and a laundry area (washing machine and dryer).
Important information: the living room and one of the bedrooms overlook an interior courtyard. Two rooms are therefore overlooked (but shutters and curtains are installed in the apartment to ensure your privacy).

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find: restaurants on Place Commandant Lamy and at the top of Rue d'Antibes, as well as a small supermarket two streets away, a bakery, a hair salon, a beauty salon…
You can reach the city center (Carré d'Or) in less than 5 minutes on foot, the Croisette in less than 8 minutes, and the Palais des Festivals in about 10 minutes.
A 20-minute walk will take you to the Allées (very lively in the evening) and to the Suquet district, the old town of Cannes, which is not to be missed.

Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
Beyond During these hours, arrivals are only accepted via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
