THE APARTMENT

In terms of layout, you will find in the apartment:

- Decor carefully selected by the owners for a contemporary showroom effect which will delight design enthusiasts.

- A beautiful living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and coffee table that can be converted into a dining table, providing access to the terrace.

- An open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the necessary appliances, plus a kettle, toaster, etc.

- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A shower room with a toilet and sink, and of course, a walk-in shower.
- A large closet in the hallway with ample storage.

Access to The property is a 5-minute drive from Cannes train station, a 7-minute bus ride, and a 12-minute walk.

It's a 30-minute drive from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

Free street parking is available, with three parking lots within a 5-minute walk, the closest being the Lamy parking lot.

Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc.).
Everyday essentials are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in is until (time missing). Check-in is from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7 PM.
Late check-in until 10 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only possible via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected there. This address is for all arrivals via key box.
