Everything was ok except that there was no wifi in the house itself? ... outside at the park and it would be nice if you know in advance that you do the booking that you also have to give another 250 Euro Deposit?
Dirty floor, rusted floor lamp, lamps in the living room full of dust. Curtains moldy. Garden chairs have holes in the upholstery, white storage basket is dirty. The living room chairs are dirty. Mold on the baseboards, shower tiles show mould. This must represent a well-maintained holiday home?!
I was well helped also because I don't have a printer, What I think is a big disadvantage that things happen in English, Since I live in the Netherlands I will never respond if it is English, I almost gave up and wanted to hire another holiday landlord, because I was already on the phone at half past eight and quickly had someone on the line who helped me very well, I booked with you anyway, I do think that if you call later you should go faster even though people work at home, I hope I can often book a tour with you without having to speak and write English, Everything else is OK! ed,
Fine Park, simple studio. Outside Swimming pool was unfortunately closed, despite the fact that the reception indicated that it was open at check-in. Shower and refrigerator were broken, this was resolved after 1 call the same day
Everything in order at first impression
Although we were not satisfied with the holiday home and the reception, the stay in Durbuy was not too bad after all.
