Pets are welcome for a supplement, and you can rent bed and bathroom linens if needed. A €450 deposit is required, and electricity is charged based on consumption during certain months. The property also includes parking, a garage for bicycles, and a lovely garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
The residence is perfectly located for exploring the local area, just a short walk from the shops in the center of Saint Gildas de Rhuys and a 6 km drive from Sarzeau. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings with easy access to scenic walks and the nearby beaches. The vibrant town offers a variety of cafes, markets, and local attractions to discover, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway.
Inside, the house features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer section, oven, microwave, and more.
