THE APARTMENT

- One room Living space with a sofa, armchairs, and a dining table for 6 people.

- A large, separate, and very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a double American-style refrigerator.

- A large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe/dressing room, and en-suite shower room with toilet and beautiful tiling.

- Two additional bedrooms with double beds and storage, one with a TV, sharing a second shower room with toilet.

Once you step out of your beautiful building located on Rue Bivouac Napoléon, you can, in just a few minutes:
- Stroll along the Croisette to enjoy a ride on the carousel or watch a remote-controlled boat race.
- Go shopping on Rue d'Antibes.
- Visit the steps of the Palais des Congrès (Convention Center).
- Take the train to discover other wonders of the region.
- Visit the old town in the Suquet district.

Cannes train station is a 4-minute walk away.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Free street parking is available, with a parking garage less than a 1-minute walk away.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mat, dish towels, etc.).
Everyday essentials are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.

All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
