The ground floor features a living room with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed and air conditioning. One bedroom has access to a 15m² solarium, ideal for sunbathing. The house is comfortably furnished for up to 6 people. It is located just 10 minutes on foot (around 800 meters) from the beach and close to local shops. Free parking is available 10 meters away.
Pets are not allowed. Optional services include sheet kits, towel kits, and cleaning for an additional fee. Upon arrival, two separate deposit checks are required—one for the apartment and one for cleaning—both of which will be destroyed after your stay. Keys are handed over at the agency.
