These detached luxury villas (4-pers., NL-5944-40 and 16-pers., NL-5944-41) are located at Résidence Klein Vink. This is a lovely expansion of the existing Klein Vink holiday park. Adult guests on Résidence Klein Vink have free access to the Arcen Thermal Baths for 2.5 hours a day (subject to certain conditions). The villas are modern and luxuriously furnished. They have a dishwasher, washing machine, multiple bathrooms (one with a infrared sauna) and a lovely garden with terrace and garden furniture. The 16 person variant consists of three separate apartments, which are transformed into a large luxury villa. You have two living rooms, three bathrooms and three washing machines. An ideal villa for a family weekend!

Clumsy division into three more or less separated parts. You expect a house for one family. Virtually no hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes and towels. Dull and sober furnishings for a house of this price.
The cottage was clean, the chairs and sofas offer hardly any comfort, the box springs are far too hard, especially for children. Total lack of closet space, you have to keep everything in the suitcase. It is nice that there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The reception staff is very unfriendly. All in all disappointing for so much money will not go there again. The final cleaning, which is mandatory, costs 4x (50) the normal amount ie 195 euros and you have to return it clean? now i ask you......
A beautiful house for a family midweek. Spacious and lots of space outside. We have adapted the layout quite a bit', because with fourteen people you don't eat in three rooms. The layout is also not smart for playing games in the evening. The house seems to be divided to rent in three. Luxury is of course three kitchens, but two dishwashers do not work. We did not use three TVs, but here also one that cannot be started. The entrance lock did not work on arrival. All small problems, but unnecessary seems to me. Still more than a day to go. We are having a great time here.
Good beds and a pleasant stay, however, the furnishings are very sparse. You have to bring everything yourself or pay a lot extra for towels / climbing / tea towels etc. Even toilet paper
Certainly not authentic and romantic, but functional, neat and practical. Great for large groups.
