This luxurious, detached villa is located in Residence Klein Vink.
You'll have a bright living room with a nice seating area at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances including a dishwasher. On the ground floor you'll have one bedroom with two single beds (placed together) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor you'll find another three bedrooms, each with two single beds; some of them placed together. All beds are box-spring beds. There also are two bathrooms, one of which with shower and bath tub and one with shower. There is a separate toilet on this floor as well. The accommodation is complete with washing machine.
The garden with terrace and garden furniture can be reached through the garden doors in the living room. There's parking space for two cars at the villa.
At Residence Klein Vink there are also 4, 5, 6, 11, and 16-person villas for rent.
Adult guests of Residence Klein Vink have (under certain conditions) 2.5 hours free access a day to Thermaalbad Arcen.

The holiday park was very nice. Unfortunately, the equipment and, above all, the cleanliness in the "8 party villa" were cheeky. You can tell that the house was really dirty and unkempt. (Sticky floor, ugly big stains on the sofa cushions, hair in the bed, etc.). In addition, there weren't even salt shakers and the like that you could fill. Really a shame, because the holiday complex with its lakes is really something. Wanted to give a "reasonable" first. But then I remembered the color of my dirty socks after walking around the house in socks for a short time and that none of the guests dared to walk around the house barefoot. Maybe it's because I'm an "oh so meticulous German", but I can live with that. Too bad.
The cottage was great! Large, neat and all necessities were present. The park was very nice and could also use the thermal bath. Delicious.

Arrival a bit messy. The cleaning was still in progress, we waited in the car because it was raining. The house was not clean. There were dirty stains on the floors and we also found dirt in the kitchen. There was no starter package with eg toilet paper. Happy handkerchiefs with you ... Different things broken. Such as the umbrella, lights and the remote control. Reported the next day. Took several days to fix it.Bedrooms were fine, beds nice. Living room was not very spacious for a group of 8 people. It all just fit. In good weather, a spacious garden available.
The area was great and quiet.
