Résidence L 'Altaviva offers attractive, modern and comfortably furnished apartments. A few large, new, stylish chalets are home to many apartments of various sizes. All is built in local style and exudes class with lots of wood, natural stone and good materials.
The apartments are divided into the types: 'Famille', 'Confort' and 'Premium'.
* 'Famille' is suitable for families with children and is slightly larger and equipped with bunk beds in the (children's) bedrooms.
* 'Confort' has no bunk beds up to the 8-person type (all beds sit on the floor, as per usual); more pleasant for adults. The + (plus) addition here applies to the somewhat more spacious apartments.
* 'Premium' offers, in addition to the best location in the building, more comfort and style in many areas; think of the best view, more space, even more tasteful furniture, extra amenities and privileges in the Spa, special parking spaces in the garage and ski boot warmers in the ski storage cabinets.
The price includes many extras for all types, such as bed and bath linen, beds made on arrival, use of wifi and final cleaning. All types have a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony or terrace.

De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en gaven tips voor lokale restaurants. Het nabijgelegen So Trading was een heerlijke vondst voor de lunch. Al met al een zeer aangenaam verblijf.
L'agencement de l'appartement était parfait pour nous, Avoir une chambre séparée pour les enfants était un gros plus, Tout était propre et rangé à notre arrivée,
Geräumig und komfortabel, hatte diese Wohnung alles, was wir brauchten, Das Badezimmer war sauber und hatte eine tolle Dusche, Ein perfekter Ort für unser Skiabenteuer!
Wat een heerlijke plek! Het uitzicht op zee vanuit het appartement was werkelijk adembenemend en we vonden het heerlijk om onze ochtenden op het balkon door te brengen met een kopje koffie. De locatie was perfect, op korte loopafstand van het strand en met geweldige eetgelegenheden in de buurt.
We had a little hiccup with the heating, but the staff was very responsive and resolved it quickly, The apartment itself was charming and met all our needs, Loved the nearby dining options, especially Ô 1800
Great for a ski getaway! The ski storage and boot warmers made our mornings seamless, Plus, the nearby dining options were excellent
