The air-conditioned sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) for a restful night.
The studio’s terrace is a highlight, offering stunning views of the sea and furnished with a table, two sun loungers, and a gas plancha, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and WC. The apartment is accessed by steps, and a funicular provides easy access to the property. A private parking space is available for one vehicle, and guests can enjoy free access to the collective swimming pool (closed from October to May). During the warmer months (May to October), there is private access to Madrague beach, just a short walk away.
The apartment is located 1.5 km from the city center and 650 meters from the beach, with shops also within walking distance.
