Located in the upper part of Evian, Résidence Les Chalets d'Evian consists of about twenty wooden chalets (of up to 3 floors), each offering several apartments. The residence is located 3.5 km. from the center of Evian-les-Bains. The beautiful Lake Geneva is therefore at your feet.
This apartment is located in a three-story chalet, accessible by elevator, on the side of the lake. It is nicely furnished and finished with lots of wood. The living room has a TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a single fold-out bed and a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet.
Outside you will find a terrace or a balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general parking lot.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit ruime appartement in Agde. Het was perfect voor ons gezin van vier! Het strand was op loopafstand en we vonden het heerlijk om op het terras met grill te dineren,
Ruim en goed gemeubileerd appartement! We vonden het fijn om een aparte eetkamer en een complete keuken te hebben. Dit maakte ons verblijf comfortabeler en gaf ons de mogelijkheid om samen als gezin te eten.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, They provided us with local tips that enriched our stay, We felt very welcomed throughout our visit,
What a fantastic spot! Just a stone's throw from the ski slopes, this studio was perfect for our winter getaway, The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some hearty meals after a long day on the mountains, Highly recommend!
