The living room features a dining area with a table and chairs, a lounge area with a TV, and a sofa bed for two people. The space opens onto a South-East facing balcony with garden furniture, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the residence’s garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner hob, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a separate WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed (140 cm) and another with two single beds (80 cm). The apartment also offers a bathroom and a second WC. A private garage (No. 78) is included for your convenience, and pets are welcome for an additional charge of €4/day.
