THE APARTMENT

At Inside this two-room apartment on the second floor, you will find:

- A large, light-filled living room with a lounge area including a sofa bed, a large-screen Smart TV, access to the first balcony, and a dining area under a loggia.

- The fully equipped kitchen (except for the microwave) is open to the living room and features a central island where you can enjoy a quick breakfast before heading to the beach, an 8-minute walk away.

- The bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to the loggia.
- The walk-in shower room, with its washbasin and toilet.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is a 30-minute walk from Cannes train station, 10 minutes by bus, or by private driver, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service.

SURVIVAL

- The apartment is located halfway between Mouré Beach Rouge (7-minute walk), and the first beach on the Croisette (8 minutes).

- Located in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surrounding area offers a "village" atmosphere just the way you like it…

- Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find all the shops you need: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, and hair salon.

- Want to go to the center of Cannes? Reach the famous Croisette in a 2-minute walk, between the sea and the luxury boutiques, or take public transport thanks to the bus stops just steps from your accommodation.

- The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk away.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).

In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra charge.
After these hours, arrivals are only accepted via key box.

All key boxes are located in front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
