This two-room apartment, located within a four-story residence (with elevators), comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Sleeping arrangements include a pull-out sofa bed for two in the living room and two bunk beds in a cabin room. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The residence offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, with an exception of closure throughout April 2024).
Located in the Point Zéro district, this holiday home is just 20m from the beach and 400m from shops and services. The residence is adjacent to a thalassotherapy center, offering convenient access to wellness treatments. The surrounding area provides opportunities for beach activities, shopping, and dining.

This apartment features a living room, an equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a WC. Wi-Fi access, bed linen, and bathroom linen (in the "getaway" formula, with a €10 fee for changes) are included. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes) is also included. Reversible air conditioning and a television are provided. Free exterior parking is available (limited spaces), and covered parking is available for an additional weekly fee. A baby kit (bed, high chair, bath) is available for an additional daily or stay fee. A deposit and tourist tax are payable on site.
