This charming 38m² wooden chalet, located within a secure, 15-hectare wooded park, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a convertible sofa bed in the living room. The chalet is air-conditioned and pet-friendly (with an additional fee). Parking is available in front of the chalet.
Located 7km from Saint-Tropez and 10km from Sainte-Maxime, the chalet provides a peaceful setting while offering convenient access to these popular destinations. Shops are 6km away, and beaches are 3km away. The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of the region.
The chalet includes a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Amenities include a washing machine, microwave, hotplates, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, TV, and WiFi. A furnished terrace allows guests to enjoy the estate's peaceful atmosphere. Bed linen and towels are available for rent. End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and payable upon arrival. A €450 security deposit and tourist tax are payable on site. Heating is included.
