The living room features a BZ convertible sofa (double bed), a television, and a dining area, creating a cozy space to relax. The apartment also has an east-facing balcony offering an open view, ideal for enjoying the morning sun. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment during your stay.
The residence is situated in the Pied Moutet sector, with the Diable chairlift just 500 meters away and the first ski gatherings approximately 700 meters from the building. Guests can easily access shops, restaurants, and Place de Venosc on foot, while a free shuttle stops at the foot of the building for added convenience. This central location offers easy access to the ski slopes and local attractions.
The studio features a kitchen open to the living area, equipped with 2 electric hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, providing all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. The bathroom includes a shower, and there is a separate WC. The apartment also provides a ski locker and a private parking space for a standard car. Bed linen, household linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be reserved in advance.
