To the right, the functional kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, and a combination microwave oven. Coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), toaster, kettle. The 8 m² balcony allows you to enjoy the afternoon sun with a pleasant view of the bay. The entire apartment has been carefully renovated and modernized without losing the charm of the materials and lines typical of the 1970s. The location is ideal: the beach is literally at the foot of the building, as is a bicycle rental shop.
