Surrounded by the marina and the Touques estuary, the small peninsula is centrally located between the towns of Deauville and Trouville. Only 10 minutes to the sandy beach or downtown Deauville. The spacious, tastefully designed apartments all have a balcony or terrace. An indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool and a spa area round off the overall picture of this complex. Would you like to arrive by train? No problem. The residence is 300 meters from the train station. But of course there are also parking spaces available for those arriving by car, as well as 2 e-charging stations (2.3-7 kWh).
Deauville is a sophisticated seaside resort on the Normandy Flower Coast. A marina, racecourse, sumptuous villas and hotels, casino, wide sandy beach and promenade all contribute to Deauville being regarded as one of Normandy's most elegant seaside resorts.

De Residence Presqu'Ile de la Touques is een verborgen pareltje! Het ruime appartement was prachtig ingericht en het balkon om van mijn ochtendkoffie te genieten was een echte traktatie. De locatie is perfect, op korte loopafstand van Deauville en Trouville. Ik raad het ten zeerste aan!
Very spacious and well-equipped apartment! The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, and the nearby beach was just a short drive away, We had a relaxing weekend here,
Perfecte locatie voor strandliefhebbers! Het strand van Maiata ligt praktisch voor de deur en we hebben ook het nabijgelegen strand van Alagoa verkend. De gastheren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor ons verblijf nog aangenamer werd.
Everything was satisfactory during our stay, The property is located in a quiet area which made it relaxing, The kids loved the nearby adventure park, and we appreciated the close distance to the local galleries,
