- The famous garden, with its ever-present sea view, but also and especially its sun loungers for reading, sleeping, smiling, or doing anything else ending in "-ir."
- A first bedroom also opening onto the garden, with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe/dressing room.

Free street parking is available, as well as private underground parking in the building.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc.).
Essential toiletries are provided upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.).
Concierge service is available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Late check-in until 10:00 PM is available upon request and at an additional cost.
After these hours, check-in is only available via the key box.
All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin. Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
