It is perfect for families or groups, accommodating up to 10 people. The villa features air-conditioning in some bedrooms and is just a 900m walk from the city center. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining and lounge area, and an air-conditioned master suite with a double bed and private bathroom. There is also a guest WC and access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas griddle.
The garden level has three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with four single bunk beds, and another air-conditioned room with a double bed. These rooms all have access to the garden or terrace. The level also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink unit, and washing machine. The villa's exteriors offer a private 10x5m swimming pool with a security alarm, as well as terraces for dining and relaxation.
For added convenience, the villa includes Wi-Fi, making it suitable for teleworking. Parking is available in front of the house or in the courtyard (with space for 2-3 vehicles). Pets are accepted on request for an additional fee. The property is located within walking distance of the city center, beach, and shops. Please note that there is a steep incline to access the villa, and a security deposit and tourist tax are required.
