The living room has a pull-out sofa (two single beds), television, and dining area. The apartment features a south-facing balcony for enjoying the sunshine. Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed (160x200), and the mezzanine sleeping area includes a convertible sofa (140x190). Pets are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Ideally located at the foot of the slopes, the residence is just 50 meters from the ESF Champamé gathering point and 200 meters from the crèche/daycare, making it great for families. The Belle Etoile chairlift, 200 meters away, offers direct access to the Crêtes beginner area, while the Jandri Express, 500 meters away, gives access to higher altitudes and the glacier. In summer, enjoy cycling, hiking, tobogganing, mini-golf, and trampolines. Shops and the media library are also nearby.
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower, with a separate WC.
