This spacious 47m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a residence with an elevator, is perfect for families or groups of up to six guests. It features a south-facing balcony, a living room with a sofa bed, television, and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with three ceramic hobs, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom (separated by a curtain), two single bunk beds (upper berth not recommended for children under six), and a sofa bed in the living room. Pets are not allowed.
Ideally situated at the foot of the slopes in a central location, the apartment offers easy access to ski lifts, shops, a swimming pool, ice rink, library, ski schools, cinema, and hiking trails. Whether you're here for winter sports or summer activities, the area provides plenty of entertainment and attractions for all ages.
Additional amenities include a bathroom with a shower, a separate WC, a ski locker, and access to the building's collective parking lot (space not guaranteed). Bed linen, towels, household linen, WiFi, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be reserved in advance.
