THE ACCOMMODATION
Outside the villa, you can enjoy a lovely relaxation area with:
- The east-facing garden, just over 100 square meters, enclosed and secure, an ideal playground for children
- The beautiful terrace, at the front Living room, ideal for your meals
- The heated swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and facing west to best enjoy the sunsets on the coast
Inside, the house has two floors.
On the ground floor, a living area welcomes you and is divided into three spaces:
- A comfortable lounge area with Smart TV and Google Home
- A dining area for 10 people
- A large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island (dishwasher included)
This living area opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
On the same level: an en suite bedroom with a TV, king-size bed (180cm), and bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
On the lower level, you will find four bedrooms arranged as follows:
- A first bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be made into a king-size bed upon request. This bedroom is connected to the bedroom above by a completely open staircase (it is not possible to completely close off the access between these two bedrooms).
- A second en suite bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower room with a toilet.
- A third bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined to form a double bed, with a separate shower room. - A fourth large en suite bedroom with a queen-size bed, large wardrobe, safe, smart TV, Google Home, and shower room with toilet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The roller shutters are not completely blackout and allow some light to filter through. A word of caution for those who like to sleep in complete darkness...
All bedrooms open directly onto the garden, and the hallway leading to the bedrooms also features ample storage and closets/dressing rooms.
On this level, you can also enjoy a second living area that serves as a TV room with a large sofa and two work desks.
A laundry area with a washing machine and a large drying rack.
SURVIVAL AREA
In addition to being Just a 3- to 5-minute drive from the beaches, restaurants, and the heart of Mandelieu, you can:
Enjoy the fine sand of the beaches of Cannes, Golfe-Juan, or Juan-les-Pins in 20 to 30 minutes.
Access the motorway entrance in just a few minutes to reach:
- Antibes (20-25 minutes), to visit the orcas and dolphins at Marineland
- Nice (30-35 minutes) and its famous Promenade du Paillon (Coulée Verte)
- Or Monaco (50 minutes) and its breathtaking island architecture.

Concierge service available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
In-person check-in is available until 7:00 PM.
Arrivals after 7:00 PM are not available. Details of this schedule must be specified and may incur additional charges.
