THE ACCOMMODATION
To begin with, you will have the pleasure (and privilege) of being just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Juan-les-Pins, its restaurants, and its casino.
Outside the villa, you will also enjoy a flat and perfectly maintained garden, an ideal playground for children, as well as a shaded terrace for al fresco dining, a swimming pool with sun loungers, a 6-person jacuzzi, and a covered shelter with a foosball table!

Inside, the 220m² house, built on three floors and decorated with great style, offers:
On the ground floor:
- A living area with a lounge and dining room, including a dining table Dining for 8 people
- A living area with a large-screen TV and comfortable sofas
- A semi-open, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a swivel TV
- A first en suite bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160cm), TV, and private shower room, opening directly onto the garden and swimming pool
- A large separate office
On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms:
The 40m² master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), a large dressing room, a TV, and an open-plan en suite bathroom (including a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet). This bedroom opens onto a continuous terrace.
The second bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe/dressing room, TV, and en suite shower room. This room also opens onto a continuous terrace.
The last room has two single beds (ideal for children as this room does not have a private bathroom).
On the second floor, you will find a rooftop solarium with a lovely sea view, the perfect spot for an end-of-day aperitif in an exceptional setting!
SURVIVAL
In addition to being just a few minutes' walk from the center of Juan-les-Pins, you can:
- Reach Cannes and its famous Croisette in less than 15 minutes.
- Enjoy the old town of Antibes and its artisanal ice cream in under 10 minutes.
- Reach Biot, to visit its old town or say hello to the orcas at Marineland in under 20 minutes.
- Reach the highway in under 10 minutes to explore the region (Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, etc.).
- And for those coming for work, the house is located 15-20 minutes from the Sophia Antipolis technology park.

Check-out is until 11:00 AM and check-in from 4:00 PM (flexible depending on our availability, of course; please let us know if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly accommodate you whenever possible).
Check-in is available in person until 7:00 PM.
Arrivals after this time must be requested and may incur additional charges.
