For a truly indulgent experience, the deluxe villas boast a modern interior with added features like a sun shower or tanning bed. Wellness variants provide a complete relaxation experience with a hot tub, infrared sauna, and even a garden bubble bath. The wellness variant (for 4 people) also includes a free golf cart for your convenience. Families can opt for the extra-comfort family villas, where each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and access to a gas fireplace and a deluxe open-plan kitchen.
For those seeking the ultimate in luxury, the ultra-deluxe detached wellness swimming pool villa is the crown jewel of Resort Arcen. This villa features a private covered swimming pool, jet stream, combination sauna, and sun showers, all set within a spacious garden with a bubble bath. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV. All villas offer a large garden with a terrace and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing after a busy day.
(Note: From March 10 to March 28, 2025, the outdoor playground will be dismantled and completely renovated. During this period, it is unfortunately not possible to use the playground.)

Unfortunately dirty and not suitable for babies. We booked the luxury villa 6A. If this is luxury, we don't want to know what the other houses look like. The house was dirty, the TV cable was flapping on the wall, dirty cleaning rags were lying in the hallway, the kettle was calcified and much more! The park itself might be ok for families with children over 3 years old. The location is good for bike rides, hikes or day trips. You just have to be lucky and get a clean house. Another disadvantage is that you only see photos of show houses. Likewise, there is no indication of a very steep spiral staircase. Dangerous to life for small children and the elderly.
Do not wish to be bothered by Bell villa anymore you do not keep your agreements. Advise people not to book through you anymore.
We got the wrong house with 1 bathroom instead of 2 and it was also very dirty.
Arrival was a bit messy. Accommodation was fine! Environment is beautiful.

On arrival we had to start cleaning the house. Curtains hung loose dog hair on the chairs and couches. Window sills too dirty to touch. Dishes and cups put dirty in the cupboard. Shower did not go through, later half cleaning a wig by the maid service, sunshowe which when he went on stank of burnt plastic shit in the garden. I did my complaint 4 times, after which everything was tackled. Very jammes, we will never come here again. And still have to pay 80 euros cleaning costs. Ridiculous!
