Badly cleaned there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. In addition, two restaurants and bars were closed. 1 continuous and the other for two days. Also in the town many closed due to staff shortage. Staff was unfriendly and poorly informed. The so called heated pool was freezing cold. We couldn't really swim in it even though it was 25 degrees outside. You pay 180 euro service costs for all this for 4 days. When we reported it, they gave high gas prices and staff shortages as an excuse. But why should we pay for the full pound if we only get half? Too bad really not worth the money.
The apartment was good except for a few little things, such as no shelf in the bathroom to put things on. The photography was creative, it looked like the pool was on its own large roof terrace but in reality it was a photo of the main pool not directly connected to the apartment. So why a bad rating? This is mainly due to the mess in the restaurants. The Italian was closed and the concept of customer-friendliness had not yet dawned at the Brauhaus. We couldn't have a beer on the terrace in the afternoon, because all tables were reserved for dinner (sic). The to go card was not available: "if the restaurant is full and there are many orders, we don't have enough to eat ". A pizza could be baked. Anyway, the home delivery people were doing good business. This hassle at the restaurants was attributed to staff shortages, but still. Furthermore, the routing in the park is very illogical and it is inevitable that you travel with a child or dog. regularly have to walk on the road.Ook not a really good opportunity to let the dog out, while one presents itself as pet-friendly.Due to the large differences in height, steep roads and lack of lifts, not recommended for people with walking difficulties. In short, apartment good, furnishings and facilities of the Eifeler Tor park below par.
What a crap company belvilla is
Fantastic apartment. Just a pity that Belvilla is not clear in the costs that you have to pay on the spot.
Clean, tidy beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Environment was also very beautiful!
