This modern, single-storey, detached chalet is located in the pleasant holiday park Resort Poort van Maastricht, which opened its gates in 2022. It features an easily accessible locaation, only 9 km from the nice city centre of Maastricht. The small-scale centre of Berg en Terblijt is about 500 m away.
The comfortable and fully furnished chalet consists of one floor. There is a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen which, among other things, includes a microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, one with a 2-pers. bed and two with two 1-pers. beds. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Outside, there is a (covered) terrace with garden furniture and parking for one car.

Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad was fantastisch en de kinderen hebben zich kostelijk vermaakt! De locatie bood een perfecte balans tussen ontspanning en avontuur. De nabijgelegen golfbaan was een bonus voor de volwassenen.
Comfortable and spacious apartment! The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warmer days, The kids also enjoyed the nearby Ristorante Rifugio Martina,
Wat een heerlijke vakantie! Het privézwembad was een echte traktatie en we hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de barbecuefaciliteiten. Ik zou deze villa zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden en familie!

The location was fantastic, nestled right in the mountains, We loved having the supermarket just 500 meters away, making it easy to stock up on supplies for our ski trip, The communal swimming pool was a nice bonus, especially after a long day on the slopes,
