Resort Zuiderzee 7
Chalet Zuiderzee in Biddinghuizen
Description
This detached, single-storey chalet is located at Resort Zuiderzee, a mere stone's throw from the Veluwemeer with all its water sports facilities.
Next to the living room with TV is an open kitchen with a microwave. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and one has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a toilet. Given the space, it is unfortunately not possible to place a cot in one of the bedrooms.
Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace. There is parking for one car at the chalet.
Note: We would like to inform you that the swimming pool at Europarcs Zuiderzee will be closed until further notice.

Actually everything was missing, 4 beds a night lamp. No deep plates, no soup ladles, the dishwasher didn't work, etc. the list was so long that it was almost funny again. But nevertheless never again belvilla
The house was fine, except for small defects. The booking and payment process is much worse. You get an email as a booking confirmation with a payment request and if you make a normal bank transfer, you can be sure that the booking will be cancelled!!! Because it seems they take too long to receive the money :( the cancellation email ends up in the spam folder and can easily be overlooked. So we were standing in front of the area on the day of booking and didn't have a house. The service employee in Germany, whom we called , is a paragon of communication talent and can see the money coming in, but can't do anything else. After a few back and forth and the great commitment of the Euro Parcs staff, it was thanks to us that we still got a house and we could go on vacation.
On arrival the lock / door handle of the shower room was broken, after a night of sleep it was experienced that the mattresses are very bad, the springs came through. When reporting at the reception, the facility service was called in, the door was "repaired", however, the mattresses were "on order", apparently there had been complaints about this before. When we indicated again we received an extra "bed cover" .... that solves the problem with the very bad mattresses. Not at all…After these issues, the chalet was very dirty, very dusty and certainly not worth the €500 for 4 days, the animal hairs were everywhere. Due to the very bad mattresses we even left a day earlier. After reporting this in the form of an official complaint, we were offered a discount of €30 as a “credit/solution”, valid for 1 year with a new booking. What an incredibly sad low amount. And so actually a pretty nonsense credit since we will never book anything at a EuroParcs park again because of this experience. @Belvilla, what are you going to do about this? We also sent an email to you but were sent in a “loop” by you! We always ended up on a general page without a complaint form. We would like to receive a response!
The chalet was neat, all the trimmings. Only a little too hard for me beds.Genoeg to do at the park, was a great week
A little more in German would be nice. Otherwise very nice to relax. Gladly again
The Zuiderzee Parc is fantastic. But the service at Bell villa has been very bad...
