This apartment is lovely and spotless, with enough space for four people, The bed is cozy and the location is superb, However, parking can be challenging as there are limited spaces available, There is a nearby garage, but it comes at a cost of around 40 euros per day,
Perfect for a couple (and 1 child), this lovely studio is located in a welcoming and very well-placed old building, in a quiet area of Rue de Rivoli, reserved for cyclists and taxis (on the corner of the magnificent Jewish quarter of the Marais), There are superb restaurants in the immediate vicinity, such as Miznon, Sharwtz, Bistrot La Cantine (a must for breakfast or lunch) and Le Bourguignon du Marais, It is a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, 10 minutes from Place Bastille and BHV, and the metro is nearby, The host is responsive and accommodating, The hygiene of the apartment is generally correct (but the cleaning company could improve its service without too much effort), However, we will regret a bathroom with multiple molds (on the ceiling and in the shower cubicle), a towel dryer that does not work and a dilapidated piece of furniture, This could be THE good Parisian plan provided that the host realizes that the bathroom needs to be improved, at the risk of falling into oblivion because of successive negative opinions,

This is an excellent place to discover the authentic side of Paris, Its location in the heart of the nightlife is superb, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again if we returned to Paris,
