Ideal for a short stay in Paris! Adored the standard of the apartment and the neighborhood was excellent,
Extremely responsive and, in general, a great communicator!
Despite spotting some negative reviews, I decided to book this place and I couldn't disagree more with those reviews, The spot was perfect, scoring a 10/10, ideal for roaming around Temple / Le Marais, The property was spotless with ample space for a short stay, The kitchen was satisfactory, though it would have been nice to have some basic items like salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc,, but that's a minor issue, I absolutely recommend it!
The place was very neat and well-arranged, and the neighborhood is peaceful during the night, However, we faced some unexpected problems that are worrisome, The air conditioning is efficient but its compressor is just one meter away from the bed in the bedroom, It produced around 65db of noise when turned on to the maximum (measured using a calibrated smartphone app), The noise level is an issue because the compressor is housed in a wooden closet and no measures have been taken to minimize the sound, causing it to echo, If you don't require the air conditioning much, the noise won't be an issue, I would reconsider staying here during a hot season, Additionally, there was a faint smell of smoke in the apartment, no dish soap was provided, and the nightstands were damaged (though the host offered to repair them) along with a few other minor issues, Despite these issues, the place was lovely, but there are certain problems that need to be addressed, It was evident that they need to pay more attention to maintenance details, The overall design of the place was quite appealing,
Good location, however the bedroom had minor water damage on the walls, resulting in a faint musty smell, Cleaning was still incomplete an hour post check-in,
Immaculate room! It was truly wonderful!
