The house is located 6km from Campos town where you will find all the amenities: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, shops, bars and restaurants. In 15 minutes by car you will reach a sandy beach Es Trenc, one of the most famous beaches for its beauty. Other coves and beaches with a transparant water are also not far from the house. Palma City is 30 minutes away. Here you can spend a perfect day visiting historic and cultural places or go shopping. Water lovers can enjoy at Westernpark, Aqualand or at Palma Aquarium. Under-floor heating is installed in the whole house. The use of the heating is included from November to March. In October and April, you can use the under-floor heating optionally and for a surcharge.
