Cosy cottage on 7100 m2 of land, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Búger. The interior of the house is bright with rustic Mallorcan interior décor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living-dining room. The 3rd bedroom upstairs in a gallery with a slightly lower ceiling.
The property is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and offers beautiful views of the countryside and mountains. There is also has a lovely veranda and a private swimming pool with sun terrace.
Located very close to the village, only 10 km from Pollensa and its exclusive Golf Club and about 14 km from the beaches on the north shore.

Nous avons passé des vacances familiales fantastiques ici ! Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, et mon mari et moi avons apprécié les vues magnifiques sur les montagnes, La chambre galerie était un ajout amusant pour les enfants, Je recommande vivement pour une retraite familiale !
Hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier! Der private Pool war das Highlight für uns, Der Garten ist gut gepflegt und wir haben es genossen, Obst von den Bäumen zu pflücken, Der einzige Nachteil war die etwas niedrigere Decke im Obergeschoss, aber das hat uns nicht gestört
